8. Startup Expenses and Capitalization

As previously stated, startup expenses will be covered by the originator at a minimum of $5,000. All early income above expenses will be reinvested in marketing. Depending on amount, contingencies also will be covered by the originator. The originator will also bear all dissolution costs if that occurs.
